These certificates come complete with a Personal Shopper Service that leads the lucky recipient through the entire process.

If they go a little over the face value of the certificate we cover the difference and it they spend a little less we work with them to use it all up. In terms of a ballpark number for shipping costs, use approximately 20% of invoice cost for long or bulky items and 10% of invoice for smaller items. This estimate includes the cost of sending both the certificate and the item. This is how the process works. You place the order and tell us when you want them to open their certificate and we take care of the rest. We place the certificate in a sealed envelope and Fed-Ex it to the lucky recipient with your name on the inside envelope and when it is to be opened. I call them afterwards and after learning about their particular interests, suggest various products and walk them through the selection process. After they select an item, we notify you of their choice. We follow-up with them after they receive your gift to make sure they are happy with the item.

We worked out the details of this “Personalized Shopper” service with one of our customers last Father’s Day because she was concerned an elderly parent that did not have computer access would not use the certificate. We thought her approach was such a good idea, we have decided to offer this “Personalized Shopping Service” to all of our customers.
